General information
1. What is travelfeedback?
travelfeedback is a platform for tips from travelers to travelers.
Are preparing your holidays, business trip or short trip and searching for interesting tips for restaurants, nightlife, shopping and sights? travelfeedback would like to collect the favorite places of travellers and residents on one platform to show worldwide.
Everyone can join. Frequent travellers, unfrequent travellers, residents- to your hearts' content, you can create tips and ratings. Write the tips as if you would be recommending them to a friend.

4. Data protection
So that you can use Travelfeedback and your privacy is protected, we need some personal data, which you have to provide at the registration.
Following information needs travelfeedback:
- User name
- Gender
- Password
- Email adress
- Country of origin
- Birth year
Optionally, the following information can be made.:
- First name
- Name
- Street address
- Photo or Avatar

Become a member! / Write feedbacks
1. How do I become a Member?
Everyone can become a member. You can register on the
Registration page.
Registration is free. Which information you would like to enter for a person, is your own choice. Travelwindow just needs minimum the user name, gender, password and a valid email address.
The user name has to be minumum 5 characters, with no spaces, accents or special characters and must not be offensive.

2. Rules of conduct
In every community there are rules of conduct. Members and site users will enjoy travelfeedback. So this can be guaranteed, there are also rules of conduct with travelfeedback, which you can see

3. User data
After you have registered yourself, you can adjust your personal data anytime. You can do this by registering yourself in on the top right of the page.
Under 'my user info' you can adjust or add the following data.:
- First name
- Name
- Street address
- Country of origin
- Birth year
- Photo or Avatar
- Email adress
- Password
Under 'my tips' you can see your created tips and ratings.:
- Observe
- Change
- Upload images later
One of your created tips could not be deleted because other ratings from members might have already been added.

4. Create new tip
A city should only be created new, once on travelfeedback. In order to avoid double entries, the tip is checked to see whether an entry has already been created previously. In case a city has already been created, you can rate it and add your tips. If the city has not been created yet, you can create a new tip. Any number of opinions and ratings from travelfeedback members can be added.
To what themes can tips be created?
On travelfeedback you can share your own tipps and evaluation, to support other hoilday guest or residence with their local leisure activites. Such as
restaurants, nightlife, shopping, sightseeing.
This means,
please no feedbacks to:
- Hotels
- Tips for cities and countries in general
- Virtual service providers such as vendors
- Companies and their products
- Websites
- All other places, which can not really be visited.
Please only create tips to real cities / places. Places that can be visited.
What should I write?
Write as if you would be describing your tip to a friend. Only write about personal experiences and don't write in short form, rather in full sentences. Describe the place objectively and not unfair. Your own thoughts can be written in the rating. Please also be fair towards the cities.
Please do not copy any images or text from other sources. The text should be truthful, are not allowed to have any advertisements or self-promotion, and have no spam included and in no case offensive and objective.

5. Rate an exisiting tip.
Ratings can also be added to existing tips. You can rate it by sliding the cursor to the matching criteria (1=bad, 6=excellent).
You can tell us your thoughts to every criteria. Write your thoughts as if you would be telling to a friend or acquaintance. Also, stay fair even to the places with negative ratings.

6. Pictures upload
At the end of each tip and rating, you can also upload the images later.
If you would like to upload images later, you can do this by choosing in the member area under 'my tips' and then the entry.
Please strongly note, that you don't upload images from other sources and no images without consent of the persons in the images.

7. What are Travelfeedback experts, Marco Polo?
travelfeedback Experts
The status 'experts' is awarded to the selected people, which either work in the tourism branch or travelfeedbackers which are recognized through beautiful images and good descriptions.
Have you discovered contribuations that you particularly liked? Write us an email with the subject 'Expert' to
mail@travelfeedback.com.
Feedbacks with the label Marco Polo
Falk Marco Polo is a big provider of travel information. To keep the information up to date, numerous people are visiting restaurants, shops to foward the newest information.
We would like to show you these tips as well. You will recognize them with the name of 'Marco Polo'. Of course, you can evaluate and rate these tips as well, upload images and write new text.

8. Forgot password?
Have you forgotten your password? No problem: You can get your password sent to you under the link 'Forgot password' on the sign up page on the top left of the page.

9. Quit membership
To quit the membership with Travelfeedback, send an email with the subject 'Quit membership' to
mail@travelfeedback.com. Please send the message with the email address with which you registered yourself. We will then delete your user data as well as your sent ratings.
