The Thai Hot Pot is very similar to the Chinese version and the Japanese Shabu shabu. Everywhere in Thailand you will find outside street stands/restaurants where you can enjoy Hot Pots. You can add different frozen kinds of meat or seafood with vegetables to the broth in the Hot Pot in the middle and when the food is done , dip it in different sauces that you can put together yourself. - Enjoy!!
